service was excellent. restaurant has little to no ambiente. eating was good, very eclectic menu. the personal has, however, asked on the menu and on certain foods and changed. lammzunge and hate heart was not something I could handle. the wine list was excellent.
unique gastronomic experiência! imbura muito caro, valeu or enough for a specialidade do that we live. recommend (including fazer uma small economy before going kkkk)
amazing location for a restaurant in the tors of a top hotel in the heart of venice. more beautiful, five star service of a dedicated staff, all the spoke great English and were very helpful. we enjoyed the aperitif and the associated snacks, but found them more filling so that only a main course succeeds. we would like to return for the tasting menu, but perhaps for a few days before us must be fast! would recommend them for a special night if they have a lot of time to enjoy the full joy of this beautiful place.
all foods too salty, some Japanese ingredients badly integrated, salt and sugar should not be main ingredients.
Food was exceptional. Amuse geul and petit fours a firework. Wine pairing unusual but perfect. What really left a sour tone on a perfect evening was the fact that it was not possible to eat outside on a perfect summer night.
Perfect setting and amazing food although I was slightly disappointed by one or two dishes. The staff were meticulously, yet somewhat mechanically attentive, some lacking warmth. The sommelier was brilliant and the wine pairing was great. Not right up there in comparison to other 2* experiences, but still very special.
The restaurant is well located. You eat in a fabulous garden. The food doesn’t make any sense, no balance and twist from dish to dish is like a roller coaster.
An outstanding meal. The dishes were enormously innovative and beautifully presented but also clearly connected to traditions of Venetian cooking. We had the nine course tasting and every course was excellent. Stand-outs for me would be the tuna tartare burger, both pasta courses, the little shoal of fish, the lemon sorbet, the lamb and oh my god...... the dark chocolate desert. We also had an excellent bottle of white wine. 2 stars is never a cheap way to find a great lunch in a beautiful setting but it really felt like excellent value and was a great way to end 4 lovely days in Venice.
