il mare del porto è una dozzina di metri dai tavoli e la passeggiata, invece di fastidiosi mette gioia. il posto, in breve, è molto piacevole e anche ben frequentato. dopo una serie di antipasti, tutti molto appetantiti, lo chef ha dato sfogo alla propria competenza e creatività facendo un risotto con tartare di gamberetti rosa, polpa ricci e polvere di olive nere secche e tagliatrici fresche con funghi cardoncelli, gamberi stufati e bottarga muggine. tutto veramente buono e in nome di alta qualità. una singola nota: sulle frese era necessario essere un po' più generosi con la bottarga.
siamo stati alla cantina adiacente del ristorante gallo e siamo stati molto bene. ambiente raffinato, cibo di qualità e carta da vino eccellente. servizio giovane e spigliato. Bene.
great stop on our globus tour! we had the rissoto with soul at our hour stop here. it was delicious! first rissoto we didn't have it too thick. the taste was exceptional and worth a visit. this restaurant is considered to be fine eating so plan to spend around € 50 for two people. the staff was friendly and open to Americans!
for us the best place in trani for eating wein and service. we went 4 times in 3 days to gallo and we were 4 times happy to be there. next time: of course gallo. many thanks for all, francesco e claudia graz, Austria
