the evening meal here was the best vegetarian we had during our stay on sardinia. a four-course vegetarian menu, in which primi and secondi piatti (can be ordered seperately) are vegan for 30€, which is really good especially in italia. the chef has a lot of passion and creates housemake dishes. I would have given 5 stars because such a vegetarian/vegan option in an urban area as this is quite unlikely, but since there is not a pure vegetarian/vegan restaurant the highest ranking is to get 4 stars. for me it's a five stars!
we came across this place by chance, but ended up with a great eating and hospitality experience! the current menu offered both a vegan primo and secondo chickpea burger couples. the waiter understood the needs of the vegan thoroughly, brought a vegan friendly amuse bouche and struck a bottle of wine w/o animal derived filtration. eating was of high quality, the service felt like in a high-end restaurant, but the prices are moderate. highly recommended!

I was really excited to try this place with all its great reviews. not too many places have tinted fish or uni pasta dishes. finally it had to try and was disappointed. I don't know if the reviews were about hyped, but it wasn't on my expectations. the ink linguine was on the acid side and the souligel had no soul taste. if they have not tried to offer some of the dishes they have, it is worth at least one attempt. But if you had done some of them somewhere and felt that it was really good, then you would probably be disappointed as I. Waiting them personal was nice and friendly, but needed forever to fill our water again.
