the personal was super friendly! also the ambiente was great, and the gallery room idea was just really refreshing to see! we had the tasting menu, eating is good and creatiw, but two of the 7 courses were somehow meh, huh was a bit dry. a good experience tho!

service was excellent. recommended large wee to connect with the food. all in all, a very unique exercise?

I am surprised to read some of the reviews and reviews, this restaurant is very good, say a professional chef with delicate taste buds: the menu is innovatiw and fresh with a feeling of traditional Italian cuisine. we chose a 7 course, some of the dishes were more amazing than others, between us 3 we had different favorites. we arrived a little early and pressed a bell, served champagne and welcomed immediately. the courts arrived a few minutes behind each other and if we had taken time to finish a cursor, we would have been in peace. one of the top experiences with michelin star restaurant.

Quality and creativity would deserve 2 stars at least. Service was to the point and wine recommendations were amazing albeit in the 200-300 level per bottle. Overall one of the best places I have ever been for fine dining

Our first visit to Convivio Trojano was a positive surprise: a quiet place in the noisy and busy sourroundings of Piazza Navona. It resembles in its style the 12 Apostoli of Verona. Service was impeccable despite the present staff shortage, nearly every business is suffering after Covid where have all the waiters gone An impressive wine list (with impressive prices); however, you can have the really top wines by the glass. What seemed a Murano-style table lamp, turned out to be colerful potato chips to be picked from a wine twig. The menu had wonderful dishes with surprises, such as a carpaccio tasting and looking like beef, but made from water melon and other fancy ingredients. The deserts were real surprises which I dont talk about in order to keep the thrill in the game just consider ordering a burning cigar in an ashtray as desert. we will be back!

Servizio impeccabile e cortesia

Standing in front of this restaurant, all you see is a door and a doorbell. It makes you think twice if you are at the right entrance. Should you however choose to ring that bell and walk through that door… oh my days. From the chips floating mid air over our table, to the perfectly designed sitting sections the ambience was impeccable. The food was a 9 course beautiful story of things, although I fancy myself a decent cook, could not fathom to attempt at home. It was delicious, the staff was delightful and the cook came out for a chat (as one would hope for in such a restaurant). This place is definitely worth the stars and the experience of anyone that loves food!
