amazing eating and service. very friendly! the appetizers and pasta dishes we had were excellent! wonderfully delicious and well seasoned. we fed early to italia, and it was a shame to be the only ones who enjoy the fantastic kitchen, but I hope the restaurant was later revitalized as they deserve it.

wonderful food, we decided to come back, as it was so delicious for the first time. can say everything is fresh and cooked from ground. the personal is so polite and welcoming and the interieur is beautiful. soothing atmosphere and great selection on the menu.

the atmosphere was cool and the attention of the waiter team was even better. However, the proportions are quite smaller than we expected after the price. quality could be great, but taste and quantity not. we got a discount that was grateful and made the bill appropriate, otherwise we would regret.

Fantastic evening at Borgese Tapas Bar. Beautiful restaurant, extremely friendly staff and gorgeous food. What else can you ask for?! Highly recommend.

This was such a great find. Off the beaten path, quaint, and very friendly staff. The food was the best we had in Palermo. Every dish was very well executed (the poached egg with potato and green beans was amazing) and seasoned perfectly. Definitely a place to check out.
