what a great meal! it started with a delicious amuse beech, then we had the aubergine and ricotta starter. then followed the gnocchi and the ink paste, and we finished dessert with the mandel cream. every dish was really tasteful and very well prepared. we have our reservation on the basis of some of the other reviews that said that eating was inspiring, I am so glad that we did not!
we sat in a farm that was beautiful and they could smell beautiful flowers. eating was really good and the waiter really helpful and friendly. also gluten-free! we were a bit confused by previous average reviews, we took the recommendation of lonely planet and had a really nice evening!
eat in an enchanted garden, thrilled by a large local yet modern kitchen and a great selection of wine. the maître has helped us in the navigation of the menu (and extra menu selections) and the weinlist well. is important that this is the only place I visited in Sicily where a real bill was brought directly to the table. I appreciated the care, the great food and the honesty of this place. very well done!
in any case one of the best restaurants in noto, hands down! the food (residence recipes with fresh products,) the setting (a Mediterranean garden with jasmin, grapes and juicy plants) and not least the service. the maitre d is a very attentive man who recommends them through the options of the menu and the wine list (which is high quality and pair very well with the food.) reservation is recommended (they can try their luck by calling around 7 o'clock for the same night or being safe, call the day before)

Beautiful place and very welcoming people but disappointing food
Very uninspiring experience. There are many other restaurants in Noto that I think would be more representative of the local cuisine. The plus is that it is located near 7 Rooms Villadorata and seems to be one of two restaurants generally recommended by their staff.
