Excellent engaging staff who gave personal recommendations for the food and provided excellent travel advice also.
Had booked and was expected and warmly welcomed with an appetiser of some bread cheers and Prosecco, a nice touch. Always prefer a more limited menu as it shows what is to be cooked is fresh rather than an overly long list of potential items with dubious freshness. Our host helped me graciously with my shabby Italian and we discussed the right amount to order. We shared the fabulous octopus to start followed by a deliciously grilled and enough-for-two Sea Bass. Local Neapolitan white wine was up to the job and outrageous value for money. Shared a tasty tiramisu to finish. All in all great food, service and value, highly recommended. Ps don’t fuss about its location it’s fine.
