very nice waiting staff; the day we went there, there were no vegan options. zero. more beautiful place, just not for us.
we enjoyed alessandro, our waiter, who speaks 5 speeches and grew up in florence. we couldn't find out if there was actually cream in the peach soup. but we ordered the ribolleta, pappa al pomodoro and a pasta with spicy tomato sauce. I was worried that the aromen would be too similar, but they were 3 very different taste profiles, very filling and tasty. with 2 glasses of wine and bottle of sodawater it was quite cheap. looked outside. there were 2 lively nightclubs with loud music over the street, but we enjoyed watching people. not many other options on the menu, but we really enjoyed what we had.
we enjoyed two vegan suppers unique in the toskana and a simple penne with spicy pomodoro. our waiter alessandro was entertaining and engaged. visit them when they are on the south side of the arno.
this restaurant is not vegan friendly. when we asked which vegan options they laughed the waiter about us and was very rude.
Nice traditional Tuscan cuisine, in a crypt dating back to the 11th century. We had some kale croûtons, and some nice soups (ribollita, and a chickpea, spelt, and porcini mushrooms). The only drawback are the hanging ham legs all around.
a great choice to enjoy Tuscan dishes, I went there 3 times and each time when the food was delicious and well prepared. the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. the wee were also very good. the coffee too. I can't wait to go back!
secondo me, among the best places in florenz served typical Tuscan dishes. the staff is friendly and the food is delicious! they are probably best known for their papardelle al cinghiale, but the other dishes are also good. the house wine is also buono and the prices are fair. io consiglio!
this place ruined any other restaurant for us in a diffraction. that was good. the service, the care and the attention of the service staff were completely unmatched, and the property was so friendly to us. we would only be engaged and they made us feel like a royal personality. the food was MIND-BLOWING; you steak sent me to all. our server gabriele is an absolute all-star; he was able to meet our needs and offer a truly transcendental culinary experience with his wine and food expertise. they literally have been going here when they are in a diligence, not asked.
