personale molto gentile, molto disponibile e accogliente; si può respirare una bella atmosfera familiare. cibo delizioso, materie prime di ottima qualità. grande attenzione sia in cucina che nella presentazione dei piatti, e nella pulizia. Lo consiglio a tutti, soprattutto a chi cerca una cucina toscana di qualità e a due passi dalla cattedrale e non dal solito ristorante turistico.
