we went last night and were surprised by the variety of dishes and the quality of the ingredients. they need to book a table as everything is prepared for them in advance (they decide what they will eat). all ingredients are produced on their farm or locally. we had surgical frit, bruscetta, grilled aubergine, Fava-beans pure, chili-peffer, drilling with cous-cous, salat and beetroot burger. every dish was delicious. it costs 44 € each with a glass wine that is a bit more than I would normally pay, but it is worth it. they pay for what they eat, so note that if they ask if they want to try other dishes. the owners are beautiful and had a nice chat with us. the restaurant is beautiful rustic, with beautiful cats running around.
