Speckstube Eggerhof da BRAIES

Una bellissima vacanza all'Eggerhof che ricorderò sicuramente, per la sua semplicità, per il suo calore, e il trattamento di casa ricevuto. Precisiamo, NON è un albergo stellato, è un Maso e non ci si deve aspettare nulla di più. Non mi è mancato nulla, mi sono trovato benissimo, con una camera enorme (x sempre pulita, una abbondante colazione e un ottima cena di tre portate. Grazie a tutto lo staff del Maso, Mamma Papà e Figlio, per averci accolto nel migliore dei modi e aver reso meravigliosa la nostra vacanza.

Siamo arrivati a questo agriturismo andando al Lago di Braies, pensavamo di fare una bella colazione ma la Sig.ra ci ha detto che poteva farci solo il caffè, quindi noi senza preoccuparci troppo, abbiamo prima mangiato una bella fetta di torta alla pasticceria di fronte e poi siamo andati a prendere il nostro caffè che abbiamo gustato nella deliziosa stube.Sicuramente da rivalutare per un gustoso pranzo.

a few years ago I was alone on a business trip and enjoyed it very much. unfortunately the place turned into a tourist trap. the dame was not very friendly (not really unfriendly, but rather rude). we ordered jause plate (art, cheese, salami, .. personen. they brought it on a plate and it seemed for people pieces of any kind). the qualuty was ok, but is expensive for this type of meal in this area. (we had a better one for people in a hut some days later somehow when they stop here, make sure to order individual parts.

eating is amazing, we ordered a delicious crauti and fennel seeds salad, simply but very tasty, then bratkartoffeln and a large part of the polnta covered by a layer of melted local cheese and roasted speck

the service and eating were not too impressive. but the situation is good if they want to go from braies to lago di braies.

we had speculation dinners outside with beautiful view and eating was very good. at the end super speck cake. I mean carrot cake.

They brought it on one plate and it seemed to be for persons pieces of every type). The qualuty was ok, but is expensive for this kind of meal in this area. (We had a better one for for persons in a Hütte a few days later Anyhow, if you happen to stop here, make sure to order individual portions. :
