bari has some of the best street food in italien. and if I had only one article, it would be the focaccia of panificio fiore. the crust is golden brown and cooked to a crispy perfection. the tomato top are super sweet and the proportions between the two are right.
La focaccia è molto buona. C'è sempre una linea, ma corre abbastanza veloce. A mio parere vale la pena provare la loro focaccia. Si apre anche la domenica mattina, che non è comune per i forni nudi.

It's the kind of focaccia that you can eat even when you're not hungry, it's so light, fluffy and tasty. It is best to eat it when it just comes out of the oven! I loved the typical atmosphere in this place!
